LLM in Corporate & Commercial Law

LLM Corporate and Commercial Law is a two-year Master's program in legal studies. The course focuses on corporate practices such as the formation of companies, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, franchising, sales, and distribution.

LLM Corporate and Commercial Law focuses on interdisciplinary, global, and comparative approaches in the law field study. Eligibility

Students who are aspiring to pursue LLM Corporate and Commercial Law must meet the following eligibility criteria.

• The candidate should have completed graduation in law (L.L.B) or have an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying program. (Minimum percentage may vary in certain college universities)

LLM Corporate and Commercial Law graduates can opt for MBA in Business Law after completing LLB.
